Privacy Policy Statement Section VI(A) “Direct Marketing” of the Personal Data (Privacy) (Amendment) Ordinance 2012 The revised part took effect on April 1, 2013, FGBMFI Hong Kong (short form as FGB below) will collect members information with “personal information collection statement “as below:：

1. FGB will collect your personal information include: name in full, telephone numbers email and mailing address.
2. FGB agreed not to transfer or resell your PI(Personal Information) to third party.
3. FGB obliged to keep safety and manage your PI with good procedures and practice.
4. Members have the right to check or delete your PI information during office hour.
5. Members have the right to stop FGB from sending all forms of communication and promotion materials with advance notice.
6. FGB will send thru post, email or telephone calls to promote Gospel massages, related products and services, which include but not limited to:
   1. FGB publications / communication materials.
   2. FGB held seminars/activities/training programs, leaflet and invitation.
   3. FGB related or unrelated institutions/Churches co-hosting co-operating seminars/activities/training programs, leaflet and invitation.
   4. FGB Gospel related products /services for promotion/sales.
   5. FGB offerings appeals, offerings materials, offerings envelop or receipt.
   6. FGB questionnaire distribution/collection.

FGB wish to obtain your agreement, and in the future FGB will continue communicate closely on your member’s personal information use with purpose to promote Gospel of the Kingdom.
